Programme Administrator

Auckland Arts Festival is on the look-out for a stellar Administrator to support the management of the festival programme for Auckland Arts Festival 2021.

As Programme Administrator, you will assist the Head of Programming and Artistic Director with researching, preparing and collating information from festival artists and companies, maintain efficient systems for managing a wide array of festival documentation as well as be/become a proficient user of the festival scheduling software DATAFEST. We need you to be an excellent and friendly communicator and to have the ability to work well in a team while under pressure in a busy festival environment. Some experience working on the financial side of performing arts projects would be ideal.

The Programme Administrator role is a fixed-term position, preferably commencing 1 July 2020 until 31 May 2021.
