By signing up to be a supporter of the Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership for the 2013 Festival is valid until October 2013
The no booking fees period for Friends and Special Friends is only for a limited period
Friends are eligible to purchase a maximum of 4 tickets at Friends prices, per show, per transaction up until the special booking period. Following that, Friends are eligible to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets at Friends prices, per show, per transaction.
A current Friends of the Festival membership card and identification must to be provided to claim Friends discounts and offers.
Offers and discounts are provided at the discretion of the relevant third party supplier.
Offers are not exchangeable, non-transferable and not available in conjunction with any other offers or promotions of the relevant third party supplier.
To the extent permitted by law, the Auckland Festival Trust has no liability in relation to arrangements between you and any third party supplier that advertises products on or through this website.
Attendee numbers are limited to some Friends of the Festival exclusive events and are on a first-in-first served basis.
Costs apply to attend some Friends of the Festival exclusive events.
The Auckland Festival Trust collects and holds personal information provided by you, to be used for Friends of the Festival correspondence. This information will be held and dealt with in accordance with the Trust's privacy policy.
