 The Auckland Festival Trust offers a varied and challenging role to an experienced accounts and payroll administrator.

Maybe you are in a sole charge position now and are ready to step up to all transactional accounting from bank reconciliations to AP, AR, month and year end processing up to preparation of financial statements and prepping for the annual audit.

You will also be responsible for all IRD reporting and payments. Preparation of Cash Flows, Foreign Exchange payments and processing, Fixed Asset Register, Depreciation, and Mthly reporting are all parts of the exciting role on offer.

Excellent skills in Payroll, both Salaries and Wages per hour, and a working knowledge of Employment Law and Agreements, is also required.

There is also an opportunity to contribute by assisting the Business & Finance Director with HR administration.

The role needs a highly organised individual who can manage the fluctuations of workload in a festival environment.  You will have proven ability in Excel, Word, Pivot Tables, and a solid knowledge of MYOB Accounting and Payroll.
